Library Branch:
Delafield Public Library
Room:
Children's Library
Age Group:
Children
Program Type:
Storytime & Early Literacy
Children and their grown-ups are welcome to join us for a lively storytime. We focus on early literacy skills like singing with movement, rhymes, and prediction. All three days each week (Mon, Wed, Thu) are the same type of storytime, so choose the one that works best for you! Do consider bringing a blanket to sit on. A blanket or beach towel helps your child define their space for our storytime and gives you both a soft place to be. We ask that you register just once per school year. Once registered, you may drop in anytime. Please register all bodies in attendance, both children and grown-ups.
Disclaimer(s)
As a covered entity under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Delafield Public Library does not discriminate on the basis of disability and, upon request, will provide accommodations to ensure equal access to its programs, services and activities. Please call the library at least 72 hours prior to the event should an accommodation be needed.
Photos may be taken at this event and used for promotional purposes. If you would prefer to not be photographed, please contact a staff member.
Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The library is not responsible for children whose parent or designated person is not in close proximity to the child. If it is determined that a child is lost or left unattended, attempts will be made to locate the parent/responsible person. If they cannot be found, the child will be remanded into the care of the Delafield Police Department.
