Encourage your young artist while building fine motor skills needed for school readiness. Take home a kit that adults and young children can do together. It could be messy, but it will definitely be fun! New kits launch the first week of each month. Request a kit in the library during open hours. While supplies last. Generously sponsored by the Friends of the Delafield Library.

Program Type:
Storytime & Early Literacy
Children and their grown-ups are welcome to join us for a lively storytime. We focus on early literacy skills like singing with movement, rhymes, and prediction. All three days each week (Mon, Wed, Thu) are the same type of storytime, so choose the one that works best for you! Do consider bringing a blanket to sit on. A blanket or beach towel helps your child define their space for our storytime and gives you both a soft place to be. We ask that you register just once per school year. Once registered, you may drop in anytime. Please register all bodies in attendance, both children and grown-ups.
