As a covered entity under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Delafield Public Library does not discriminate on the basis of disability and, upon request, will provide accommodations to ensure equal access to its programs, services and activities. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The library is not responsible for children whose parent or designated person is not in close proximity to the child. If it is determined that a child is lost or left unattended, attempts will be made to locate the parent/responsible person. If they cannot be found, the child will be remanded into the care of the Delafield Police Department.
