Event Details

Delafield-born Alonzo Cushing was a West Point graduate who was killed on July 3, 1863 at the climax of Pickett's Charge at the Battle of Gettysburg. He was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor by President Obama 151 years later. 

Historian James Heinz will discuss this local hero's life.
